    The item purchased was damaged which was not disclosed in the listing. I attempted to reach out to discuss a solution with zero communication back. The packaging was fine, shipping was late. Honestly if I had known this was going to be a damaged unit I would have purchased new or another source. Very disappointed in this seller and item.

Message Seller to sent tracking number but never response. Have to open ebay case and send back item to get money back. Never buy from this seller again.

He responded that he was sorry and would ship it out immediately. However, three weeks later, I have yet to receive any updates. I have attempted to message him again to resolve this issue, but my only response has been that the shipment has already been shipped. I had inquired about the status of the shipment when it had not arrived, but no response:(
