    This seller packages the products very nicely and professionally. However, one thing I think they really need to improve is communication with buyers. I sent messages but never received any replies, which at times made me worried and even consider canceling the order. Fortunately, after waiting another 3–4 days, the tracking was updated and the item was delivered, which put my mind at ease.

    Product came in the same condition as the pictures, arrived week before expected I really recommend the seller… the only thing is about the shipment isn’t free for international shipping I have to pay a big tax but at least came faster only took 4 days

Packaging could have been better but was ok; no box and just one layer of bubble wrap on the outside of the case and one layer on the horn inside, but since it came in a hard case anyway there was no damage.     Product arrived as described on the listing. The shipping was very fast considering it was from over seas, the packaging was a bit flimsy. For how good the horn plays it was very much worth the money. The second trigger did arrived bent, which is an easy fix, I dont know if it was like that before shipping or if it happened during shipping but its something to bring up.

    Edgar From Los Angeles California. Seller had communication. Only thing is that it took a week for them to Ship when I ordered on a Sunday Morning. Item was shipped the Monday of the next week not the following week. I got it shipped with FedEx International. From Monday that got shipped it arrived on the same week of Friday Morning! Shipping itself was quick, only preparation of shipping took forever . Product is Like Brand New, Excellent Deal!
