    The items are good quality and very cosy. I had an issue because I ordered three sets of the 3 pack multipacks (9 pairs of socks in total) but I only received three pairs (i.e. one 3 pack multipack). However, this mistake was quickly remedied when I contacted the seller who promptly sent me the six missing pairs of socks after I'd submitted photos of the socks, packing note and packaging that I'd received. Seller recommended - mistakes happen and the problem was sorted quickly. Many thanks!! :)

    Prompt sending, perfect part, Only DHL let transaction down, couldn’t deliver 1st try needed signature. Opted to collect from collection point. Next day went to collect, not there, back out on van, got home left on doorstep didn’t get a signature. I’m guessing you paid for that service. But thanks brilliant in your part.
