    The item was as described. Shipping was prompt and the cost e was reasonable. However, the large silicone mat should have been shipped flat or rolled. It was sent folded and unfortunately, the creases remain notable even after a month or so. Maybe it was inexperience of the packer.

From the date the seller testing the item was working to the day receiving the scan engine on my end the scan engine didn't work. The seller backed their product and refunded the purchase price.
