Received a used item with dirt stains and milk spilled on it that had been poorly cleaned before being stuffed into a bag. Attempted to politely swap the item even paying for return postage but was just offered a percentage refund after they said they had inspected the brand new item before posting. If true they would’ve seen this is an old return or dirty from storage under their desk. Really disappointed, I know they’re cheap but this was the one thing my son has been begging for Christmas.
