I don't like leaving negatives, and very rarely do, but the seller (apparently a professional film poster retailer) unnecessarily and crudely folded the poster in half to fit it into an envelope that was too small. Buy bigger envelopes, or put the poster in a tube, and just charge more shipping - it's ridiculous to voluntarily damage your own stock to save a few quid in P&P. Shockingly poor.

Lots of lies here from a spiteful buyer for some reason. I am NOT a professional retailer , don't know where he got that from. Poster NOT "crudely" folded , check my previous feedbacks on my packaging. The cardboard backed envelope was larger than the poster! Absolutely ludricous to say i damage my own stock , why would i? I would NOT "save a few quid" as the buyer pays for postage! Had i been contacted about this i woud have gladly rectified any problems. SIMPLE! Oh well......

Seller is being dishonest about envelope size - poster was folded in half to fit the too-small envelope, with a bit of rolled up newspaper shoved between the two halves. This was, I think, supposed to prevent the poster from creasing. It might have miraculously worked for past sales, but it clearly didn't here. Things go wrong - you learn from it. But if you have to resort to calling your paying customers spiteful liars to cover for your shoddy practices, then you're a seller to be AVOIDED.
