    this seller has very poor customer relation skills, and is not flexible at all, after purchasing a dongle to fit my Growatt inverter, I found that the description was misleading and that the dongle purchased was not compatible with my inverter, after contacting the seller, I was told that I must research more thoroughly and be sure of what I am buying and that this item has a no return policy. if the item description was more specific, I would not have purchased this item, Do Not Recommend.

    A company of the "take the money first and forget about the customer" type. Congratulations, it took you five days just to pack the parcel, even though I requested an ASAP shipment. Then another week for the courier, Sendle, to hand over the parcel to the Aus post, which finally delivered it. If you have plenty of time and enjoy being misled, I highly recommend it.
