I purchased as a gift on April 19th. The seller per EBay rules must ship the item within 3 days of purchase. The seller printed a shipping label on April 23rd did not ship the item until April 26th. They shipped the item 7 days after purchase date. They also did not use a proper shipping box to ship the item to me but instead tapped and labeled the shoe box itself leaving it un-presentable gift condition. They need to improve their ship time and need to invest in proper shipping boxes.

I absolutely love these shoes! I've been looking for them for so long as I have the cream ones but Keen doesn't stock them anymore, so I was overjoyed to see them on Ebay for an amazing price. I ordered the shoes thinking they were waterproof because the photo has a tag on the side of it making me think they were waterproof. I somehow overlooked in the description saying water resistant – no. See photo. Now I will enclose a photo of the shoe you are selling under merrell there is a little tag that says waterproof you can’t read it, but I know what it says cause I have Nothing but waterproof merrells.

Item described as new. Missing stickers and faint stains left them looking less than brand new (I own a pair and purchased these as backup, so I know what they should look like). Seller shipped in the shoe box, without putting it in another box. So packaging came damaged. There was also damage to the box under the tape the seller used. Clearly, item was in less than new condition even before it was put in the mail. Keeping since they’re discontinued and I can’t get elsewhere, but not happy.

Hi, We are a "Green" company and don't rebox....they could have been a return and tried on - but definitely brand new .....you are right - they are discontinued and - I am so so happy you got a back-up pair.....
