Awesome 85inch x90L at great price. It was stuck in a depot for a week until I contacted DHL and they told me they don’t deliver to my area and will use an external company. I wonder how long it would have sat there if I didn’t contact them. Hmmm.. arrived another 2 weeks later. I’ll give positive feedback but the shipping part was bad.

TV was as described, the box was damaged as indicated but as mentioned the actual product was still brand new and in perfect condition. Shipping was terrible, taking a week longer than the estimate, then I was delivered someone else's TV. Luckily after contacting DHL it was sorted the same day. Great value for a new OLED TV. Picture quality is awesome and sound is great.

I've always been hesitate on buying a refurbished T.V off ebay without pictures of the actual T.V and plus the way packages are handled in the mail. But I'm glad I took the risk as the box arrived in pretty good condition so DHL had handled the T.V with care and you would swear it was a brand new T.V. So glad I took the risk and paying half the price than RRP. Very happy with my purchase, thankyou Sony Australia
