James has been excellent in his communications and in dealing with a problem with the delivery company. He is quick to respond to emails and excellent in sorting out problems.   Wow!! Brilliant surprise. I did doubt that 6 pots of pineapple cottage cheese would arrive safely in good condition from Leeds : about 200 miles away, but as all my local supermarkets had stopped stocking it I had no option. I asked the seller if the distance would be a problem. They had no doubts. I ordered it. It arrived promptly in a box with insulation ,(not the annoying type) and inside that a wrapping of thermal bubble wrap which contained non toxic chiller bags still icy. Wonderful.

  Just really happy with my experience with this vendor. The cheese I bought is very difficult to get hod of in the UK, so delighted to find it on eBay. It was an excellent price and can't fault the shipping time. It was well wrapped with an ice pack. I just hope I can buy it again.
