Item was advertised as new never used, item arrived , could easily tell it was used , no box , no manual, item had scratches, terminals were scratched showing use ,and the cooling fan had significant dust on fins , even the mounting screw holes had prior marks from screws. This item was definitely second hand used , contacted the seller tried to tell me it was new .Definitely would not trust this seller ever again , I’ve shopped on eBay for 12 years and never seen such disregard for honesty.
