Five weeks and still no item. Two weeks before it even got to a post office, seller said it would be express to make up for the wait. Sent it via rail, three more weeks and still no item. Courier can't give any information, need the seller to initiate the claim, but again, no communication. Seller can update his status to away but can't reply to messages. Terrible experience.

No communication after 9 days of waiting and asking why my package hasn't been sent when I paid immediately eventually contact me to tell me I have to wait a few more days I asked for refund and Instead had to wait several more days to wait for a response. Sent on a Saturday express post still waiting for something I just wanted my money back for the poor service.
