Initial delivery was quick however pan was cracked which was done by the courier. I emailed seller thinking here we go however I got a reply within 5 minutes and toilet delivered within 24 hours. I have no issue when things go wrong because sometimes they do but it’s how the issue is resolved. First class service, well done and thank you.

This parcel was a ceramic toilet and was plastered with FRAGILE stickers all over the parcel. My wife complained to him he answered with a shrug and said the box is damaged but could not care less, he did not bother to pause his conversation on his phone no apology nothing he could not care less.
