    The item description said that this was, "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging." When I received it, I found that it was not new. It was dirty, the mounting flange still had parts of the gasket, and the case had a broken corner and two new holes drilled in the mounting flange. I sent it back and the seller did refund my money. They still claim that it was new.
