  First item didn't arrive, but as soon as I notified the seller, their customer service went into overdrive. They offered a refund or to resend the item, so I took the later and it arrived in a couple of days. Seller was very apologetic about the delay and communication was very good. Product is exactly as described, of good quality and good value as well. Add that to the brilliant after-sales service and you get a seller I'd be happy to deal with again.

  Very nice Quality candle warmer , I love it , I put it in our bedroom and it so pretty . Grady value for money , cheaper than the shops . Very well packaged too , but sadly Australian Post throw parcels around and it had damage but seller was very good to communicate with . I highly recommend this seller , A+

  The item advertised was not the item received. Very disappointed as I searched high and low to find particular colours and they advertised it hence why I brought it. But turns out they stock and sell a different colour. I did ask for the correct product or full refund. They co operated. Advised to change advert to avoid others being disappointed.
