    Seller advertised “shipped in padded envelope” . I ordered 4 stickers. An empty, thin white paper envelope with a 69 cent post office amount arrived The seller argued that eBay had raised shipping and that I did not pay for a padded envelope. Was refunded.

    Buyer chose Ebay Standard Envelope for shipping. If you look at this buyer's feedback they have pulled this scam before on other sellers with the empty envelope
