I was somewhat disappointed with the final result especially for the price. The writing was good but the picture, the most important aspect of the plaque was not true to the photo. It was dark and not really what I was after. The seller offered explanation but I didn't think it was satisfactory. Unfortunately they were more proficient with the excuses rather than keeping the customer happy. Quite disappointing given that the attention I received in the beginning was so good.

As explained to customer, to keep product affordable we use the photo as provided to us; no modifications or changes made by us. The heat process to produce plaque is over 200 deg Cel. Customer said photo in finished product too dark. The area of concern was natural shadow in photo. Finished result out of our control. Customer received extensive communications during process, gave Authority to Print, product produced & delivered before Xmas. 1st negative feedback in 8 years.
