Ordered on Sunday, arrived Tuesday, shipped in a Sony box for a different, identically sized minidisc recorder using the original internal packaging - surprising and really excellent as a box wasn't mentioned in the description. Tested and appears to be in full working order, externally it's in almost "as new" condition with remarkably few marks, all of which are very hard to spot. One small point, the "void" sticker was partially peeled off the unit when I opened the box. Excellent seller.

I have given a positive score because the item was as described and I was initially very pleased with it. When it soon became defective he accepted it back for repair without any argument which was good. He was a bit grumpy and blamed my packing when it was damaged in the return post, which was not true. I did get my money back so it ended fairly I guess. Just sorry I ended up without the vintage amplifier I wanted.

I suggest never buying vintage equipment, which sometimes requires the user to replace the fuse. When the device was returned unjustifiably, it was packed carelessly in a replacement packaging, as a result of which the front panel was damaged. I do not recommend the buyer. Hifivintage.co.uk
