    Fast responses from the seller to the many questions I asked prior to purchase. The item was sent from a local Australia warehouse- another seller suggests that isn't the case. Delivery was quick at around 3 business day (5 days total.) The NVR can be upgraded with firmware from the global hikvision.com website. (If you buy local Australian stock they're region locked to Australian firmware- which in the case of my old NVR meant being stuck running old firmware.)
