I gave a positive review because I was always kept up to date with the progress of the different stages, from receiving request to the date of delivery, and I know it’s safe with EBay. However there are two things that I thought could be better.
1 - I was not told of the additional customers charge.
2 - The toy dog arrived in a large thick envelope instead of a box, which made its head drop more than it should have. I had to somehow twist and turn until it was as on the photograph.

I purchased item on 10.12.2023, I contacted seller on 17.12.2023 for update as item had no tracking. Seller emailed me on 18.12.2023 saying item had already been sent but they forgot to mark it as sent on ebay..... item will arrive after Christmas as the seller didn't send item prior to my enquiry as they stated very disappointing for my 3yr old on Christmas morning!! It also cost me an extra $9.95 for postage.
