  Item doesn't work. Seller tried to get around giving a refund. First he approves it but doesn't send a shipping label hoping the refund time expires. Then he offers you to keep the stuff that doesn't work and he'll send more. When you refuse, he'll tell you to wait and then you won't hear from him again.

  Item arrived in a dreadful state, box was soked through with thr serum, no seal on the item and literally smelt like poo, I contacted the sell to be told a replacement would be sent. Still nothing has arrived!!!
