Nice to know that you’re in good hands with these guys. Been talking to them and offer advice as well. I wanted a tent for motorcycle touring. I set a budget of £100 maximum. It arrived quickly and advised to set up, so to become familiar with it. All went well and went back in the same bag. Hopefully provide me with many trips. I wouldn’t know a good tent from a bad one. Good to know there are genuine suppliers that take pride in what they know and sell.

First dispatched cycle helmet covers didn't fit and were just a little too small. I messaged the company and quickly received a reply back apologising and stating that they had found the supplied nets sometimes didn't fit certain helmets so they had also sourced some 2 inches bigger which they quickly dispatched for free.
