    Seller description said item was in Australia, Item came from overseas which took a long time. Item was not wrapped protectively and box was squashed when received. Item did not have Australian power supply. I had to purchase one separately to suit item and seller only gave small discount. No communication from seller saying it was coming from overseas, It was only when I contacted the seller about the postage, damage and non compliant plug they responded.

Item received however via drop ship (with Amazon Australia packaging and enclosed amazon receipt) therefore, not direct from the seller as I was expecting. The product itself works smoothly on water colour paper and therefore will meet my needs. Thanks.

    This is a good item, well packed and as described. The only issue is it was DROP SHIPPED directly from AMAZON the packaging and paperwork that came with the book confirmed this which is so disappointing as I choose not to buy from Amazon . Had the seller mentioned that this was being drop shipped from Amazon in the listing I would not have made the purchase in the first place.
