Item received however via drop ship (with Amazon Australia packaging and enclosed amazon receipt) therefore, not direct from the seller as I was expecting.   This is a good item, well packed and as described. The only issue is it was DROP SHIPPED directly from AMAZON the packaging and paperwork that came with the book confirmed this which is so disappointing as I choose not to buy from Amazon . Had the seller mentioned that this was being drop shipped from Amazon in the listing I would not have made the purchase in the first place.
