    Received paperback book instead of the hardcover book that the seller said was advertised. Seller sent a return label to post the book back but I still had to pay for the packaging! Received the hardcover version which I was very pleased with and am reading now. Even though I received the wrong book, seller was very helpful, great communication and I got what i paid for in the end.

    This purchase in every respect astonished me. For an item which cost so little (and with free postage and packing), and which arrived today (18th April), four days after the order was placed, in a generous padded bag which would have very safely transported fragile DVDs without incurring any damage in transit, the whole transaction was impeccably handled and effected.     This quality battery works flawlessly with my new Sony A7C II, despite what I was led to believe, from various external sources. Packaged and delivered, well within expectations. Highly recommend this seller... 10/10. What was interesting, was it being labelled "Road Transport Only" delivered in about 3 days across Aust = awesome. The Sony A7C II when it arrived had come by Air, with same type of Lithium Battery!
