I ordered my item on the 7th of October. I have collected it from the post office today. Some the parcel was misplaced, The seller was very helpful in trying to find my parcel and kept me informed of her efforts. The post office were also very helpful in trying to find and eventually did. So 21 days after ordering I now have the item. It is just as it was advertised and I am happy.
