Seller is happy to help and product in great condition.i was having problems so I contacted canon to help, they were quick to point out it was and ink problem, they told me the ink was a problem as it was third party ink. The seller lucky for me knew better and managed to help me to fix the problem instead. Product is as described and works great would recommend to.
