  A good seller I would say, a bit pricey, but couldn’t provide tracking details. Was delivered by a man in a white van, didn’t know that Royal Mail were using white van men to deliver their parcels. My birds seem to like the fat balls though and that’s all that really matters.

  There was a slight delay in despatching the item, when I contacted the seller David was quick to reply apologising and explained the reason why. I didn’t get the door in the picture which however worked massively in my favour as the one pictured didn’t have tinted window meaning I would need to get it tinted. The door that arrived had a tinted window. I have fitted it today and everything works as it should. Very pleased. Next time my wife scrapes a gate post I will use again. Thanks

  ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! AVOID! Worst eBay experience in over 10 years (100% positive feedback). Land Rover parts arrived terribly packaged, parts missing, no apology. Sent incorrect return label, then ignored multiple messages for the correct one. Had to escalate to eBay. Complete waste of time, appalling customer service. Buying from this seller is a huge risk. Look elsewhere! USE WITH CAUTION!!

  this was a brand new, boxed item, obviously we have no control if there is a part missing, however, at great financial loss to ourselves, we did give you a full refund and let you keep the item, I am not sure what else we could have done for you. our customer service is actually really good if you check our feedback.

Postage for items as heavy as turbos can be quite high, there is little that we can do about this, we have to ensure that items are delivered as quickly and safely as possible, howefver, for some reason there was a delay in posting this item and that was our fault, we would have given a partial refund for this, but have not been asked to.
