After purchase, seller suddenly stated that he could not send to my address for NO reason. Then when asked why, he said to say to input a "did not receive" to eBay. I then asked for another to be sent, he agreed, and then yet again days later said to issue a "did not receive". Not sure what scam he is running so would AVOID THIS SELLER @ ALL COSTS!

This seller, Hani Ajani, has provided false and misleading “proof of delivery.” The item was never received, so a return is impossible. The seller still claims delivery despite no evidence. This conduct amounts to misrepresentation under Australian Consumer Law (ACL s18) and breaches the eBay Money Back Guarantee. I request eBay step in and issue a full refund, as the seller failed to provide the goods. Closing this case without refund would prejudice my rights and undermine buyer protection.
