  Ordered the alternator and arrived fast. Packaged well and alternator was the one in the pictures. Unfortunately, the pulley was hard to turn by hand. Contacted seller and they offered a replacement. Sent the alternator back and received another one. They tested the alternator before shipping and said that it spins freely. The replacement alternator has the same issue (damage during shipping). Contacted them again and sent pictures. They refunded my payment. Honest seller, Thank you & thumbs up

  I made an offer that was accepted so I feel like I got a good value. Well packaged and secured. Shipping company damaged the inside panel of the door. I documented the damage with the carrier when the door arrived and Stricker worked a partial credit out the same day. I was still able to use the remaining part of the door that was undamaged. It was grade A just as advertised.

  I have to say the truck door i bought is in perfect condition. The way it was packaged for shipping to keep it from being damaged was above and beyond. The price was higher then other listing's but you get what you pay for. Even the freight carrier was easy to work with and they called multiple times to keep me informed of status. Thanks guys for going the extra mile with everything. Couldn't be happier with the whole transaction. 10 stars
