    I was initially disappointed when the seller didn’t send the item or respond to queries; however, they did follow up 3-4 weeks after the original order was placed with an apology and explanation. They sent me my original order and a gift of another print as compensation which was very generous. The prints were as described, of good quality and on good quality photo paper.

    initially the seller did not respond so I contacted eBay for a refund which I received. After posting a review the seller did get in contact and offered a complimentary print plus one more. the prints were beautiful, good quality paper and packaged with care, arrived promptly. would buy again

    after I posted this feedback, I received an email from styletouchdecor, they apologised, stating they were a small business who had had a rough start to the year and as a gesture of goodwill they sent me my print plus another for free. The prints were sent promptly , wrapped perfectly & with care and were beautiful !!! stunning prints on quality photo like paper !! would order again . thank you so much

    Unsure why seller isn’t replying to my messages? Ordered on the 23rd of Jan and still no update. Reviews on here state “quick delivery” and on their Instagram page mention ship within 24-48hrs. Would love a reply please as to where my item is at?
