I thought I was purchasing a genuine Shimano product but you have sent me a cheap copy. Others have copies for $24.     Received the shoes in good order although they were advertised as coming in a box which they didn’t. Shoes were shoved together in a plastic bag and were uncomfortable to wear. I have had these shoes on a number of occasions before and never had a problem with them but not happy with them.
