  This eSeller sold me a UPS at a fair price, packed it very well and it arrived super fast. Unfortunately item had something happen internally while in transit and was DOA when it arrived. After some testing we could not revive the item, so they immediately offered to refund me the full price.   Product was shipped quickly, packaged securely and as described. Unfortunately for us, we encountered and issue that we weren't able to correct, even with the help of the seller. It wasn't something that would have been easily found with basic function testing, so I certainly don't fault the seller. They went above and beyond to assist, but ultimately ended up refunding the sale. Return shipping was easy and straightforward. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!
