  The first one that I was sent seemed to be faulty as it wouldn't charge and the LED torch wouldn't work, I messaged the seller and they replied very quickly and sent me a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly, with a 53% charge and charged to 100% within about 4 hours. I would definitely recommend this seller.
