Ordered four bar stools but seller couldn't supply as problem with stock. A little annoying that I was able to order and pay for them when the seller didn't have the items in stock! The seller was very polite and timely in communicating with me and did try to sort by asking me if I would accept two grey stools and two blue stools, but this was not of any use to me. A refund was provided a few days later.

4 chairs came, 2 are fine, 2 initially “faulty”. Seller helped and explained what I need to do (which was not in the instructions, by chance it was ok for 2 chairs). Having done what I was instructed, chairs do not work. Seller replying daily but telling me to do same thing. No help and now seller is being useless in replies and not assisting and will not exchange the 2 faulty items.
Very disappointing from the seller.
