The item requested was a power adapter to fit in a cigarette light socket, the item delivered was a pencil with a blue whale eraser on the end. It was also late and NOBODY contacted me to tell me a, wholly inappropriate replacement product was being sent rather than a refund. I have been ripped off to the tune of £3.99 so I don't care but really what do they think people are going to say? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CLEARLY TRYING TO SCAM OR RIP YOU OFF! Which is what I say as a result.
