  Whoever delivered this item instead of leaving at front of gate , which is out of view of people, through it over the gate therefore my dogs found it and chewed it up. I contacted seller and told them but they couldn't give a stuff and insulted me with a $5 refund. Yes, it wasn't their fault the delivery guy was so stupid but they didn't even offer to contact Delivery people and question them and claim through them.
