  My Bose was in perfect condition. No scratches, marks, etc. Exactly as described and pictured. Just plugged into the wall and it worked with no fuss. It came very well packaged. It was left in my mailbox so it was not bothered by any rain. It came with an original manual and remote. I only had 1 question and seller answered quickly. I had a tracking number and it was fun to watch it's progress from California to Ohio. It was a smooth transaction in every way. I would recommend this seller.

  Thanks for your prompt shipping, and adding the cardboard support. The envelope had a torn corner , but the manual was fine. It would be nice if you could have copied the control panel and item description on 11'x17' paper sio that I would not have to flip back and forth. But thanks.
