    Hi all. I’ve received a dial indicator which is a precision measuring gauge. It can not be dropped or mistreated. IT’s calibrated accurately. So the box was damaged cracked plastic. It’s not just a knock. It’s been possibly stepped on or dropped on the corner. It was then placed in a cardboard box. Be made many attempts to exchange it and explained sending photos. All they wanted to do was refund 10$?? 😂 what a joke. I don’t want the product as it’s damaged. A refund doesn’t fix the problem.
