  Service is good but once ordered and paid for they have NO interest in any further help. Re: I put the incorrect address on where to send it and within 30 minutes of the initial order I mailed them back and they said they can't do anything, get on to the freight company--this was a Saturday--- they claim they have already sent it-( YEH--right-- on a Saturday )--They say on their site to contact them if any changes are needed--this is incorrect--they do not.

  It came delivered with 3 major defects . One the mo store port plug was snapped off or broken, the handle bar on the left side would not wind in so very unsafe, the deck was not the deck I the photo on the site very diffrent and not what I ordered. I tried many times to communicate my concerns for sending this product back as I wasn't happy , I got stonewalled, ignored, they sent answers about qestions I didnt even ask . Extremely unhelpful and very unsatisfied with this co.pany .
