    Although the product didn't quiet meet the description as new, which was in no way the fault of the seller as the scuffs and scratches were there when it was packaged. I opened the original packaging, so there was no real way for the seller to know. Also the product still works as described. But what i was really impressed with was the seller's willingness to resolve this issue.They were prompted in all their communication and completely transparent through and a resolution was reached in days

    Item is exactly how it was described and compared to similar scooters out there it is unbelievably well priced. We will see how it fairs with the test of time but for now I couldn't be happier. Also I'm a bit of a pain in the butt as far as eBay buyers go and these guys were nothing but patient and professional. I normally don't leave much feedback but I annoyed these guys for weeks on end with question after question after question so I thought they deserved the praise. 10/10

    Item good, as described however chasing parcel for 5 days after extended date of 11th to 13 th to 14th to 17 then finally 18th from Aramex with no notification from company even after going to depot on 13th being promised 14th delivery after talking to driver 4 days later parcel arrives. Poor customer service and update from postage company.
