    Never use AMAREX. 1. They took 2 weeks to send it from Sydney to Hobart. 2. No updates provided until day of delivery. 3. I contacted them 4 times. The never responded 4. When the parcel arrived. The box was damaged and OPEN! I'd rather use Aus Post and/or even pay extra. Worst carrier ever. I've had issues before. The seller made some attempts to contact them but didn't make any difference. EBAY sellers beware! If you continue using Amarex, you will loose business. Google Amarex! Poor reviews!

    My scooter arrived today. The postage was quite fast and the packaging excellent. The delivery information was very helpful. I love the blue which has a lovely sheen to it. It is being charged at the moment so I haven’t tried riding it. The bags are great especially because you can collapse them when travelling. To be able to reposition the handlebar is also very convenient. The scooter is as described and I am delighted with it. I can recommend this company

    Quality was fine.Free delivery someone has to pay for delivery so guess the buyer has.paid for it indirectly Delivery was late. It finally came. Supplier did.not communicate and the item came without an announcementndespite a tracking number. No updstes.Item was.of soft material. Not easy to follow self assembly diagram. We managed to assemble it. Overall we paid too much. Not considered value for money.

    Very disappointed with this transaction. Initial communication with the seller was good and item received promptly. But the item (a mobility scooter) was not as advertised and, due to a manufacturing fault would nor fold down for transport, the reason for purchase. Discussions with the seller have been fruitless, the seller inferring it is a user problem not a manufacturing one so we have had to cover the cost of having it altered to fit the description advertised. Would not recommend seller.
