We are 100% Australian owned and operated. Our passion is to provide our customers with excellent service and quality products that we would be delighted with ourselves. We have gathered a huge and ever increasing range of teas, herbs and related products in our store for our customers' convenience. We pick and pack all orders with love and care and ship Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays). We do our best to use mostly environmentally friendly packaging and minimise the use of plastic in packaging our products. If you have any extreme allergies or sensitivities, it may be best to avoid such products, as we along with other sellers are unable to independently test products for the myriad of potential allergens out there, nor give an iron clad assurance that absolutely none are present, particularly as we have no oversight of the production process.
