  Ladders arrived much quicker than anticipated but unfortunately were damaged in transit. However, on notifying seller was asked to repack product in original packaging to return. A return label was emailed to me and a pickup by courier organized. The ladders were collected by courier, returned to seller and new ones re-sent to me within a few days. Could not fault this seller in any way. Great customer service all round. Thanks.

  Product as described and fit for purpose. Well packaged and good postage time. The only downside is that the 'front page' says "free postage" but there is a charge of $15.00.

  The item itself is decent quality for the price point. I'd say good value for the average home DIY'r. Arrived in decent condtion in retail blister pack packaging. This was a little bit of a miracle though as there was absolutely NO packaging at all. The label was just slapped on the blister pack. Note to the seller: Add a couple of dollars extra to the price and actually put the product in a box before shipping. The blister packing is not designed to protect the item in postage.

  The Trolley jack is great and will suit my home garage , my only concern was damaged packaging upon receiving and finding a broken piece of plastic inside the box , which I think is not related to my item. The seller acknowledged my feedback and have been great in communicating to any of my questions.
