Seller shipped me an AP9130 instead of the advertised AP9124 Cisco Access Point, however was quick to respond, offered me the choice of a discount or return (with full refund and shipping paid) but I opted to return. So despite the problem, I am giving positive feedback and 5 stars because the seller did the right thing and acted in good faith. I would still recommend this seller and would purchase again, they demonstrated that if mistakes are made they will make things right. Thanks Ray!

While the item is exacly as advertised and works as intended, the seller did not ship the item with the option shipping company I selected opting to send it with another carrier that was cheaper and pocketing the extra money i spent on shipping, i also sent them a message to verify this but since they did not reply i can only asume this is the case. Good product but bad comunication. I dont think ill be ordering from them again unless they consider explaining the shipping situation.
