  Items purchased as described, in excellent condition and were extremely well packed. However, Sendle, the courier company, are hope less. Firstly, nearly a week to get from Sydney metro to Melbourne metro. Secondly, Tracking was updated when they picked up the items from the shipper and that was it! No updates whatsoever. I was out yesterday and when I arrived home there they were sitting on the doorstep. Absolutely pathetic business and one I will not use ever again!

  Seller shipped me an AP9130 instead of the advertised AP9124 Cisco Access Point, however was quick to respond, offered me the choice of a discount or return (with full refund and shipping paid) but I opted to return. So despite the problem, I am giving positive feedback and 5 stars because the seller did the right thing and acted in good faith. I would still recommend this seller and would purchase again, they demonstrated that if mistakes are made they will make things right. Thanks Ray!
