So despite the problem, I am giving positive feedback and 5 stars because the seller did the right thing and acted in good faith. I would still recommend this seller and would purchase again, they demonstrated that if mistakes are made they will make things right. Thanks Ray!

- -***o (18)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseWhile the item is exacly as advertised and works as intended, the seller did not ship the item with the option shipping company I selected opting to send it with another carrier that was cheaper and pocketing the extra money i spent on shipping, i also sent them a message to verify this but since they did not reply i can only asume this is the case. Good product but bad comunication. I dont think ill be ordering from them again unless they consider explaining the shipping situation.

Item ordered Feb 13, hadn't arrived by Feb 25 so sent a request - seller provided an invalid tracking number. Parcel turned up the next day, and the tracking and stamp on it shows it was only posted on 24-Feb, a mere 11 days after ordering and paying. No communication as to why the shipment was late after advertising the item as in-stock. Ebay does not allow us to show this within their shipping options, but your order will arrive by courier either standard or express courier."
