    It arrived fairly quickly, I got it as a gift for someone and it's about two days early. The packaging was a little weird but it came safely wrapped which I am perfectly okay with, it's just as described too. It charges and works perfectly fine, the value of it was really good too.     Unit was listed as coming with 32 GB Memory but only had 16 GB. I contacted the Seller & without hesitation the Seller shipped the additional 16 GB Memory. The unit arrived as described other than that. The CMOS Battery was dead but I buy these units from multiple eBay Sellers & see this a lot, so no big deal. The unit works well & was shipped to me in a timely manner. The Seller did a great job of making things right.

    Thanks for the GREAT DEAL! Unbeatable price and quick and courteous communication!! Item description was inaccurate (no backlight or HDMI output) but seller responded immediately with multiple remedial options.     The seller used prompt shipping, and my item was packaged quite well (inside of a bubble mailer, surrounded in shipping paper, inside of a box). My item arrived in the condition it was described to be in. My only issue is that it (an Asus Chromebox CN60) required an OS Repair to be properly functional, but I have since changed the OS entirely (as I originally intended), so that was only a temporary issue.
