  Missing items in package. Return international shipping almost total cost of item. Seller would not pay return shipping. Initially they offered tiny partial refund. Seller wouldn’t pay partial refund unless I closed the case - all advice given to me suggested to never close case until resolved as you’re liable for ending dispute & no longer eligible for refund. Eventually after long chats w/ eBay reps - eBay paid partial refund not seller. Out of pocket a lot for an item that was missing parts….
