Arrived safely, and I am very happy with the hat. It took longer to arrive than advertised; it had interesting tracking info that showed how Royal Mail kept it in the Fareham delivery office for 4 days after it was sorted for delivery. I checked each day, to see their web page claiming they would deliver that same day... it's a pity the Royal Mail delivery service is not as good as it used to be. But the seller and the hat are great, thanks

Fast delivery as always which is why I’m a repeat customer. Your original packaging has been damaged though and someone re bagged it with another bag over the top… see pics. No damage to coat found though. Finally a decent coat that is what the ad says it is…. Bought 4 jackets online in last two months and none have been as described. This one is fine so I WILL be buying more things from you. I’m ex military myself so I’ll remember to stick with what and who I know to provide good stuff. Thanks.

I tried to contact them for further info about size (ie. arm length) but I received no response to my ebay message or email. I tried phoning a number of times but went through to answer phone. I decided to buy the item in 2 sizes and returned the ill fitting one but that cost me £3.29 return postage.
